"Bar Cart Contest - The Winner . . . "

Custom Bar Cart from The Gilded Stag

Greetings,

Well . . . there were over 40 entries in our little Bar Cart Contest . . . and the winner . . . chosen at random is . . .  Mark, from Virginia. 

Here's Mark's recipe for a Cucumber Fizz! 

Ingredients - 

2-3 lime wedges

12 mint leaves

Juice from 1 cucumber

1 oz. lime juice

1 oz. simple syrup

2 oz. light rum

club soda

Directions -  

Peel-seed-chop-puree a cucumber-press juice through a fine sieve-discard pulp.

Muddle lime and mint in a tall glass, add ice, lime and cucumber juice,syrup and rum. Top with club soda.

Garnish with cucumber slice and a sprig of mint.
