Greetings,
For those of you who have been curious as to what I've been up to in my own home this holiday season . . . here's your invitation to come by for a visit - though be warned, things tend to get a little 'black-tie' around here quite often . . .

This is beyond lovely...happy holidays! Adore your flatware. xx
You had your party the same evening as ours! Looks beautiful -as a collector of china I'm always glad to see people using proper teacups! lol Beautiful as always, Scot! xo
Gorgeous, sumptuous, deliciously layered and rich and I am overcome with all things shiny and swoontastic. And bling! I know I´ve not commented before but I´ve read every single entry and just could not contain the inner fangirl in me. Besides- I have the same plates ( well, one since the others have broken BUT STILL! ) blue and white so yes... sheer ingeniousness and luxury. So. Much. To. Love and Adore.
Totally freakin' gorge!
WOW! Amazing... incredibly inspiring. I love the tablecloth.
Woods Abbey ...Season 1.
Gorgeous! The table and you!
Fabulous video - fun to see more details of the setting, even including the exquisite chignon of a female guest. perfect.
So, it is a blue Christmas this year. I LOVE IT, so beautiful! LOVE the mix of flatware. Everything is gorgeous. Question: when you have a dinner party, do you have it catered or do the cooking? Would love to know what was on the menu.
Pinky -
I usually always have any major event at the house catered. I mean, I'm a good cook - and I love to cook - but, I also love the freedom of enjoying my guests while someone ELSE cooks. A little quite, casual dinner for friends - I'm be in the kitchen making Italian . . . but, for most events - I call the caterer.
Completely DIVINE!!! And you look positively dashing!!!
Wow! You set the bar really high! Your bar looks great!! franki
Why do you have to be so stinkin' perfect!?!? I just bought 10 yards of that same fabric you have as a tablecloth and pillows. Consider yourself copied! :)

This is beyond gorgeous, beyond perfect! Love the table, of course, but the room too. And you two look so handsome! ~Delores
You epitomize elegance and good taste! Holiday decor at it's finest- I am in awe!
I absolutely love this. I want to live like this. Oh gosh. So many things I'm going to "borrow"! You inspire me to be better.. thanks. Marlis
What is the fabric you used for the tablecloth? Also that china is wonderful. As an Irish/Scot girl I'd love to know the pattern name. Thank you!
Another question- are you exhausted by the time you have a big party? I just hosted 53 for a big sit down dinner and feel like I need a vacation.
Beyond gorgeous!! I looooove every single sumptuous detail in this magnificent room...bring the holidays on in style!
So pleased to see other designers of the more is more school. Love what you've done here Scot. Happy Hols. Shiree'
I love the depth provided by the dark colours contrasted with light blue china and that arrangement of white roses is just...from a fairytale.
Invite me next year, lol.
Absolutely stunning! Gorgeous, warm and welcoming. What more can I say except can I come? You are amazing! Thank you for sharing your talent. Have a wonderful holiday.
